Making A Purchase
We accept Mastercard and Visa,. Please note that for purely practical reasons we will deduct the full cost of the order when we receive your order even if some items are to be despatched later.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, please contact us and we will do our best to correct it.
You will receive confirmation of your order which will indicate that we have received your order, however it may be that we are no longer able to supply a particular item for some reason and may have to substitute or refund, though we will do our best to keep the site up to date.

Delivery Schedule
Please allow 7-10 days for delivery for seeds and sundries except at excessively busy times (January-March) when delivery may take as long as 2-3 weeks.
Plug plantsants are sent from mid-March to mid-April and mid-April to mid-May. You are requested to choose which period you would like them delivered provided you order by the relevant deadline.
If an item that is normally in stock is temporarily unavailable we will send it on when it is in stock. Items that are to follow are shown as a '0' in the qty shipped column of our despatch notes.

The cost of postage is at your expense.
